The product we use for solar cleaning are eco-friendly and biodegradable. It will not harm landscape foliage.

We will take every precaution to protect your landscape before roof soft washing. In the event foliage is harmed we guarantee to work with you to reach a fair resolution.

We are happy to provide quotes remotely. This is best done by phone as we use google maps and customer provided details of the property to be accurate.

Any pricing changes will be discussed prior to service. Examples: steep pitched roofs (6/12 +), loose shingles or asphalt and other roof conditions that make it difficult to traverse.

Solar Soft does not make any claim of production increase. The purpose for cleaning solar panels is to maintain peak efficiency and prevent damage from long-term soiling. However, we do get regular reports from customers stating their power production improved as a result of cleaning. Results vary.

Note: Most panel manufacturer warranties include disclaimers that waive liability for panels "neglected" of routine cleaning and/or maintenance.

We will clean the frames and skirts when we can access them safely and efficiently. Difficult to reach areas (including any scenario where we will need to reposition the ladder) will not be cleaned under regular maintenance as our primary focus is to clean the solar glass. If frame/skirt cleaning is important to you please call our office line for additional information and quotes.

If you discover roof or solar equipment damage has occurred as a result of the cleaning process please contact us immediately. We will always provide a remedy to damage caused by Solar Soft personnel. However, we must be given the opportunity to inspect and photograph the damaged area prior to any repair, replacement or reimbursement. 855-925-3267

When a roof gets wet it becomes more slippery and dangerous to walk on. We reserve the right to reschedule when conditions are not conducive for cleaning. We will do our best to communicate with you prior to the scheduled time and get you back on the calendar at the next best availability.

Common in Florida, this is typically referring to bee pollen. A sticky resin like accumulation, it can be removed during restoration cleaning. We recommend leaving it to dissolve naturally if it's the only hard build up on the panels.

For maintenance cleaning we will remove all leaf debris that we can access safely and efficiently from the top of the panels. Difficult to reach leaves (where panels would need to be lifted or the ladder repositioned) will not be removed. We will do our best while cleaning, but some leaves may be left on the panels if they cannot be removed with the brush head. If removing all leaf debris is important to you please call our office line for additional information/quotes.

It's important to note the aesthetics will only represent the cleanest version of the roofs current condition. An old, weathered roof will not yield the same result as a new roof with only a few years of soiling. We will always perform a scheduled cleaning under the assumption this has already been considered by the property owner.
